This luxury Cape Coral outdoor lighting project was designed to highlight the architectural charm and tropical landscape of a stunning waterfront estate in Northwest Cape Coral. The homeowners wanted to enhance curb appeal on the front elevation while creating a warm, inviting nighttime presence visible from both the street and the canal.

We designed a custom low-voltage landscape lighting system using premium Sterling Lighting fixtures. The property’s signature palms were illuminated with SL01 up lights, creating elegant columns of light that emphasize height, texture, and form. Along the front entry walk, SL07 path lights guide guests safely to the door, blending safety and beauty with soft, balanced illumination that suits the home’s coastal aesthetic.

At the rear of the property, the lighting design focuses on both functionality and ambiance. SL07path lights were added to the steps for safe movement, whileSL01 up lights bring depth and visual drama to the palms reflecting across the water. To complete the waterfront composition, Sterling SL02 in-line lights were installed along the retaining wall and dock, delivering a clean, low-profile glow ideal for Cape Coral dock lighting.

The result is a seamless blend of architectural and landscape lighting design—an elegant, energy-efficient system that improves safety, highlights the tropical setting, and transforms this Cape Coral waterfront home into a breathtaking nighttime retreat.
