Landscape Lighting Design in Punta Gorda Isles
For this new Punta Gorda outdoor lighting installation, Get Lit Landscape Lighting partnered with Towles Corp of SWFL to integrate a Platinum Package lighting system during construction. Early collaboration allowed for precise fixture placement and concealed wiring, resulting in a clean, seamless finished appearance.
A Sterling 600-watt transformer powers the system, delivering reliable, high-performance low-voltage lighting. Sterling SL01 up lights accent the Pygmy Date and Christmas Palms, as well as a Jatropha tree, highlighting their form and structure after dark. SL36 well lights were installed between the garage columns to reinforce the home’s architectural rhythm.
Sterling SL09 step lights were built into both the front and rear stairs, providing safe, understated illumination leading to the entry and pool areas. Along the driveway, pathways, and canal-sidewalk, SL07 path lights define the property’s edges while enhancing visibility and curb appeal.
At the waterfront, Royal Palms were illuminated with SL01 up lights, creating striking reflections across the canal. SL19 niche lights were recessed into the retaining wall to accent the brickwork and elevate the canal-side walkway.
This project demonstrates how thoughtful lighting design integrated during construction can elevate a custom Punta Gorda home—enhancing architecture, landscape, and waterfront living with precision and elegance.
