Cape Coral Waterfront Landscape Lighting Transformation
Located on a beautiful waterfront lot in Northwest Cape Coral, the Rivers Residence lighting project was designed to replace an underwhelming 12-volt system that lacked warmth, depth, and architectural presence. The homeowners wanted more than just tree lighting—they wanted their home and landscape to feel alive after dark.
We developed a comprehensive outdoor lighting redesign that combined architectural illumination with layered landscape lighting. The home’s façade was accented to establish a strong nighttime presence, while carefully placed landscape fixtures introduced depth and balance across the property.
Garden Light LED up lights were used to highlight the front palms and entry trees, creating a welcoming approach from the street. Garden Light pathway fixtures define the walkway with soft, even illumination that enhances safety without distraction. To elevate the driveway, mini well lights were core-drilled into the pavers, providing clean, recessed lighting that subtly highlights the garage doors and entry zone.
In the rear yard, select existing fixtures were repurposed to illuminate mature trees and planting beds, maintaining consistency while maximizing value. A Garden Light V2 fixture was added to the dock to illuminate the American flag—a meaningful focal point that adds both beauty and pride to the waterfront view.
The finished design delivers a cohesive, layered lighting composition that enhances curb appeal, safety, and the overall nighttime experience—transforming this Cape Coral waterfront home into a striking coastal retreat.
