Royal Tee Golf & Country Club, Cape Coral, Florida Landscape Lighting Design

Located in the distinguished Royal Tee Golf & Country Club, this Cape Coral outdoor lighting project was designed to highlight both the home’s architecture and its newly renovated tropical landscape. The homeowners had recently completed a full landscape upgrade and wanted their palms, flowering plants, and architectural details to stand out beautifully after dark.

We illuminated the home’s façade using Garden Light LED Visionary Series spotlights and wall washer fixtures, creating a smooth, even wash of light that enhances depth and architectural form. These same fixtures were used to up light the Pygmy Date, Bottle, Sylvester, and Royal Palms, as well as a mature Magnolia tree that anchors the front yard—producing a cohesive balance of light and shadow throughout the landscape.

For safety and visual refinement, Garden Light LED Surface RZR specialty fixtures were installed into the face of the front steps, delivering subtle, low-profile illumination that defines each step without glare. Garden Light brass pathway lights further enhance the walkway, creating a warm and welcoming arrival experience.

The garage façade was accented with core-drilled Garden Light LED well lights, precisely positioned to highlight the garage doors and columns. Mini well lights were added to accent decorative Agave plants in large planters, completing the composition with refined detail. The system is powered by a Garden Light LED 300-watt transformer for reliable, long-term performance.

To maximize value, we repurposed select existing fixtures in the rear yard, where their softer output provides ambient light without competing with the new front design. The result is a beautifully balanced architectural and landscape lighting system that elevates curb appeal and showcases the craftsmanship that defines Get Lit Landscape Lighting.
